Night navigation courses return

I'll be running more night navigation courses on Thursday evenings in November and December. Have a look at the night navigation page for more details. You can see the course dates on my calendar on the "What's On" page.

 

The courses will run from 6.30 to 9.30 pm on Thursday evenings, and will take place in the Campsie Fells. To get the most from the course, you should already be able to take a bearing and estimate distance on a map.

New job

I've  got a new job, working full time at Harmeny School in Balerno. This  means that I won't be able to now run any of the advertised courses  which haven't already been booked up. I may still be able to do the odd  day, so if you are looking for something specific, please get in touch.

Winter skills courses now open for booking

I recently passed the assessment for the MLTS Winter Mountain Leader Award, so I will be able to offer guided winter hillwalks and winter walking skills courses come next winter! Watch the site for more info, coming soon!
